Young actress Tara Emad takes part in two TV series in the upcoming Ramadan season 2021; Mousa and Ded El Kasr. Tara will play the role of Nagat, Mohamed Ramadan’s lover, in TV series Mousa while in Ded El Kasr, she will play the role of Malak, Nelly Karim's sister.
About Mousa:
Set in Upper Egypt's 1940s. The social-drama Mousa is headlined by Mohamed Ramadan, directed by Mohamed Salama and produced by Synergy Films. The series marks Tara Emad's first role as a woman from Upper Egypt who falls into Mohamed Ramadan.
About Ded El Kasr:
While the social-drama Ded El Kasr is headlined by Nelly Karim, directed by Ahmed Khaled and produced by El Adl Group. In the series, Tara Emad plays the role of Malak, Nelly Karim's sister, a complex character who bears ill feeling towards her sister. Additionally, some photos were posted featuring Tara wearing Hijab during one of the scenes.
Tara Emad is an Egyptian actress who effortlessly captured the audience's attention with her dazzling performance since the early stages of her career. Tara made her foray into acting with the TV series Al Jamia'a (2011), which starred a number of burgeoning actors from across the Arab world. She followed that by a number of hit TV series and films such as Adel Emam's TV series Saheb El Saa'da (2014), Torab El Mas, El Kowayseen, Marwan Hamed’s The Blue Elephant: Dark Whispers, and the thriller film 122.
Currently, Tara stars opposite super star Ahmed Ezz in the musical play Aladdin, before which she starred in the TV drama Lam'i El Ott (2017) opposite Mohamed Emam. Her latest works include the romantic series W Neheb Tany Leh (2020), which she co-starred with Yasmin Abdelaziz, Bein El Sarayat (2015), directed by Sameh Abdel Aziz and starring Bassem Samra and Simone and the serial drama Tahqeeq (Investigation) that premiered on WATCH iT in 2020 and which stars Tara along with Ahmed Malek and Huda ElMufti along with her two TV series in Ramadan 2021; Mousa and Ded El Kasr.
Prior to starting her acting career, Tara starred in a number of commercials. In 2010, she entered the Miss Global Teen pageant becoming the First Runner-up and won the title of the Queen of Africa.
