Khaled Shbat is an emerging Syrian actor known for his roles in hit TV series like the award-winning CRYSTAL and the critically acclaimed AL KH'AEN on MBC and Shahid platforms, capturing the hearts of audiences throughout the Arab world.
Shbat began acting at 15 in HAMMAM SHAMI and later graduated from the Higher Institute of Dramatic Arts in Syria. After that, he starred in the hit 2020 series SHAR’AE CHICAGO alongside Abbas Al Nouri and Amal Arafah, and appeared in the award-winning short film THE VISIT. He also starred in two seasons of EL KANDOUSH.
In 2024, Shbat captivated audiences in the Watch It Origin THE INTERVIEW and starred in Ramadan’s ATABAT EL BAHGA with Yehya El Fakharany. He concluded the year by winning Best Arab Actor at the Murex d'Or for his performance in CRYSTAL, where he portrayed a young man with Asperger's syndrome, earning notable praise for his portrayal of the character's social struggles.
Shbat has also won Best Emerging Actor at the Damascus International Radio and TV Festival in 2020 and Best Actor at the Aleppo Theater Festival in 2022. He is set to have an upcoming role in the Ramadan series AL BATAL, alongside Syrian head-turner Nour Ali.
