Alaa Karkouti is a renowned Film Analyst, CEO, and Co-founder of MAD Solutions and Co-founder of the Arab Cinema Center (ACC). He is an influential professional within the cinema and entertainment industry in the Arab world, known for his efforts in assembling complete statistical and analytical archives on the economics of filmmaking. Through MAD Solutions, Karkouti contributed to distributing Arab films ranging from long and short features to documentaries that have found their place on the international scene, including director Naji Abu Nowar’s feature film Theeb, which was nominated for an Academy Award for Best Foreign-Language Film, and the Academy Award-nominated short film Ave Maria by director Basil Khalil.

Diab has been selected as a jury member at various prestigious film festivals around the world, including the Doc Post Production Platform of the Malmo Arab Film Festival, the main competition of the Cape Town International Film Market & Festival (CTIFMF) and the Feature Documentary Panel at the BBC Arabic Festival. Maher took part in many panel discussions such as the Berlinale Talent Campus within the "Meet the Experts" program to discuss the film industry in the Arab world, and a panel discussion at Rio De Janeiro International Film Festival and represented MAD at the Global Content Bazar, one of the largest Entertainment and content markets in India and the world.

A prominent film marketer, Kareem Samy has been part of several regional and international film festivals and markets. Currently, Samy holds the positions of Marketing Director at MAD Solutions and Manager of the Arab Cinema Center (ACC) that is organized by MAD Solutions with an aim to provide the filmmaking industry with a professional window to connect with their counterparts from all over the world through the various events that it organizes, including networking events to meet with representatives of companies and institutions specialized in co-production and international distribution, among others.

During his stint as Marketing Manager at MAD Solutions, which started in 2014, Kareem was introduced to the filmmaking industry and had the opportunity to be part of several international film festivals and markets, including the Berlin International Film Festival, Cannes Film Festival, Venice International Film Festival, and Dubai International Film Festival.

As MAD Celebrity and MAD Crew Executive Director, Kareem has been handling the publicity of several key celebrities, such as director Marwan Hamed, and actresses Shereen Reda, Saba Mubarak, and Menna Shalaby as well as megastar Yousra. Kareem has also been involved in a plethora of marketing campaigns for blockbuster films, including: Jordan's Academy Award-nominated film Theeb, The Blue Elephant, Blue Elephant: Dark Whispers, Diamond Dust and many other titles. He collaborated with various film production companies such as: Film Clinic, New Century Production, Four Star Films, and United Motion Pictures.
